Yes it has been a puzzle for some time and OFC the market does not like puzzles it likes clarity.

However information depravation has been the norm for many years now so it may not suggest any grand behind the scenes posturing and scheming ? But notice I said "may not" !

It is counter intuitive, especially during certain times like the offering , that very little has been done to promote the company. And equally so considering how many shares Offer owns and the tens of millions of $$$$ at the mercy of market sentiment.

No matter which way one attempts to spin the long time behavior of ERHC management it hardly makes much sense.

But maybe the details of the farm out and path forward will be announced sooner rather than later and we will not have to do all this speculation and guessing !

I've about done a 360 now so I'll shut up for a while. lol
