You have to ask yourself why the company put out an offering at almost half our current value at the time? Almost like ERHE (and partner) devised a scheme to get the sp as low as possible to make a future deal. We do know that they most certainly were in negotiations at that time so its not out of the realm of possibilities.
Also why raise the OS so high?? There's no signs of them needing access to it depending on our deal. Another odd move.
It isn't odd when you put all the pieces together tho.
Totally IMO but something has been cooking in the kitchen for some time.
