TC- Diluted Shares Outstanding went from 50M at the end of '99 to about 57M the last time I looked. That is 7M shares = 14% dilution in the past couple of years!! The fact that management saw fit to eat into their 12M share 10 year ISO Plan so much so early is good for them. But, that is NOT justification for increasing the potential dilution even further. There is absolutely NO need for shareholders to fork over another large block of of the company in the form of ISO options at this time, regardless of near term news or performance, IMO. Also, there is still another 62M - 57M = 5M shares yet to be granted based on that 57M figure. We're talking about real value out of shareholders pockets, needlessly. Management will not cherish their option position in the company as long as shareholders continue to voluntarily give them our wallets upon request. Management will NOT be judicious in their ISO grants UNLESS and UNTIL shareholders say NO to any more ISO dilution. And that time is LONG overdue, IMO.
