zip, I totally agree with you.
Just an additional point in support of your perspective: Dr.Berger does
not make dosage decisions by barking orders at his underlings who
carry out his orders unquestioningly. In fact it's a decision that was made
with the best understanding of risk/benefit at the time, with the full
participation of not only Ariad's senior staff, but the very best experts out in
the CML community.

Hindsight is always perfect!
