There is nothing wrong with disagreeing. We can't learn anything from people who repeat what we already believe.

The comment that he would be willing to buy more stock if he could was a mistake. Some culpability attaches to that one.

Sticking with the 45 mg dose however at least had a reasonable argument in favor of it. In hindsight it was wrong. But it could've been right and in fact the best decision. I find no culpability in that.

In fact, the 45 mg dose may be the correct dose - at least to start treatment. Stepwise dose reductions to some maintenance level may be the answer to reducing the SAE's.

The stock may indeed bounce up if HB was thrown out. However, you then need to find another leader who will do a good job. That is a roll of the dice. I would keep HB in place.
