That's why T-Oil is here. ;). Way over sold IMO. I also stepped in and bought some 4's & 5's today. I am very familiar with this stock. I have been in PHO$ long since last Feb and have watched this stock from .03. Never bought in until today. Missed the mother of all runs here.
