Wow, so anyone who's not a cheerleader of FITX is always going to be threatened into silence by the mere mention of CEO's possible lawsuit? I wonder how many times posters on this board are going to be threatened by this every time they discuss anything that isn't in glowing terms.

CEO should be worried that he allowed his investors to believe he was approved by Health Canada for two weeks before someone finally asked him outright if he was then he was all like "oh, no, i was misquoted! I swear!"

Really? he should have said so when he first linked to Forbes on his FB wall two weeks ago.

And he's threatening ihub? really?
