Bill,

I have the greatest amount of respect for you, and have defended you on numerous occasions, but this time you are way off. No reasonable company grants this number of options, this soon after a previous approval for over 7,000,000 shares.
This option program was to cover the companies option needs for a full 10 year period. You don't come back to the well without expecting your credibility to be questioned.

Frankly, I am surprised at your statement.
