Do you recall when there was all this talk about Apple sueing Edig because of 0-1000 being a "Copy" of i-Pod?...

I recall a post where RP's response to the looming law suit was something like, "...sometimes, your enemies turn out to be your customers"...

Question?...How come there was no law suit?...Question two...Do you suppose MOS is at work in the new i-Pod?...
