I think Kay is only going to give us which phases the lawsuits are in and/or say they are going well or not. He is providing common shareholders less and less info. According to the latest info/PR, WhiteSky is in the discovery phase and they think trial could be in 2014. The PhoneFactor case seems to be going in SFOR's favor too and that is in the discovery phase as well. The Authentify case is the most complex and the battle is still on with that. Overall, we likely won't hear any specific info about these such as exact timelines, money, etc.
