Why would patients sue? When the label will surely say: It is not known if taking Vascepa will reduce the chance heart failure.

I was going to reply with the same answer!

Where are all the lawsuit's? I feel bad for all the patiens to had to suffer taking that crap, when they should have been on Vascepa!
