BoneSpur. That is how I read the chart on NTEK as well. Been following it for awhile. I brought up that point last summer. My post wasn't very well received and David Foley PM'ed me that there is NO Dilution. I therefore never brought it up again.

In 2013, NTEK filings show a reduction of shares as well as the TA.

I can't believe the PPS didn't go up after NTEK's presence at the CES. I can only assume that dropping in shares.

The month of December looks like shares consistently dropped in.

What is your take on situations like this.....I mean can the TA be wrong about the amount of shares. I usually rely on the TA in situations like this when they aren't gagged.

You may reply that this is a PINK and that is what it does....I understand.

Anyway...I hope there is no dilution.
