Even though I suffer from CRS, I seem to recall the selling point of the first option plan was to give "signing bonuses to lure bright engineers to work for IDCC. This made some sense at the time as they seemed to have more work than engineers with the contract work with Nokia.

Now they want to dilute shareholder's value by 10 percent just because mgt thinks they deserve it? I think they have a set of big ones based on results thus far.
