help. the hubby just downloaded a windows 8.1 upgrade. the computer is fairly new and it said to do this, so he did. its wireless to our 4g box and suddenly, after it upgraded, it had no internet connection and said the driver or device was not there to connect anything.

does this make sense and please, in simple terms, tell me what to tell him, thx.
