I believe Glynn Wilson should push for a preferred stock dividend to be paid to all current Tapimmune common stockholders to reward loyal supporters of the company in the past. Not sure how they will use the 1,250,000 preferred shares but why should they go to potential new investors who are lucky because they are getting in right before the stock starts moving up for good? When Benitec Biopharma restarted the company after being dormant in the valley of death for a while, they gave existing shareholders the chance to buy $10,000 of shares at a good price. The stock has done great since then. TPIV stock will soar after the awarding of these shares and we get some funding either through grants, license fees or new investors. Glynn Wilson owns about 1.2 million shares from what I can see. He should be eager to pay all current stockholders a stock dividend since he is a shareholder too! Also stock dividends force the identification of naked short sellers. Time to move these folks out as they have held this company back for too long and destroy value that could be used to save lives.
