This one is the "dog that doesn't bark" ... and therefore, the one you must pay close attention to.

Forum Mobile (the parent) is swapping control of one of its subsidiaries (Forum Mobile Israel) which, in turn, controls several other subsidiaries. The consolidated revenue of Forum Mobile Israel and the subsidiaries that it controls amounts to (US)$22 Million for 2012. That is certainly substantial ... and will be presumably backed-up by audited financials (which have already been completed).

Using simply this information alone anyone who had decent writing skills could craft a PR that could get this ticker rolling again in very short order.

And yet that has not taken place; even as its CEO has indicated his commitment to "increasing FRMB's reputation".

Why miss such a stellar opportunity?
