There simply HAS to be a reason why the bid/ask spread on this ticker has remained so prohibitively wide for such a long time.

It's kinda like a MOAT between the stock and a decision to buy it. At the closing of the Definitive Agreement, Forum Mobile (the parent) will then owe CONTROL of MKHD. One would think that the bid/ask spread would shrink to reflect that eventuality. And yet, it keeps widening.

Very odd.
