My take is that he is simply not trustworthy and he does not know how to manage a company responsably, with budgets, accountability, etc... He always has a hidden agenda and does not negotiate in good faith. He is a wolf in sheeps clothing. Fortunately there are a couple of checks and balances in place which give us some light. But whatever happens Fifer should be shown the door afterwards. This is my last investment where Fifer has any sort of clout.
