A lot option activity on CHTP

This one caught my attention:
10:57 BUY +2,000 CHTP 100 JAN 14 4 CALL @.71 LMT

It expires next week.
That gambler needs it to trade over 4.71 to break even by expiration.
Am I reading that trade right?
