I think the PPA will be signed this month early febuary.
Their a reason the race this close because both parties have loyal followings.

Lets say there a run off in april do you guys think announcing the PPA plans one month before is enough time to sway the other 60% ..i would think not! they would need a good 2-3 months to put there plan into motions and convince the other 60% they're the right man for the job.i think this will get sign sooner.
