This one bead patent about to be awarded is pretty valuable. Considering it was the same grounds used by Purdue to be able to settle with Pfizer. In this case Elite actually has a patent or really patents. Elite owns the formulation which was proven to be better and obviously unique. You get two puns with that statement.
