First of all Tomcat films is owned by Ted Chalmers and it is the sales outlet for St James films which was acquired by MIKP from Ted Chalmers. Recently I posted Ted Chalmers was trying to sell Tomcat films to another penny stock company and the deal fell thru. The ultimate reason it fell thru if you call the company that PRed the news is because the acquisition they found to be not worth what Ted Chalmers claimed it to be. Meaning the movies on Tomcats portfolio did not make money!!!! You moght want to get up to date on your DD.
