Took a look at this b/c I own PHOT.

I would not buy any stock just prior to a r/s, especially a penny one.

You "may" not be able to unload your shares on Monday as insiders are selling at $5 - $7. I have seen this happen before.

I may buy in once it settles next week as this may run up since there is a lot of interest in this sector at the moment.
