You, Hiphop, missed my point altogether. The point I was making was that the value of the stock, S F O R, if there is going to be negotiations, should be based on the value it, S F O R, was at the time of the lawsuits, and their potential value had they not been taken for a ride. Not at the price of the share today.
The value of S F O R should be based on that pricing then and what it could have been valued today had they not been infringed upon.
I understand the lawsuits both for and against S F O R, but when it comes to negotiations for settlement, the settlement should be based on when it happened not where the stock is valued, or the company is valued in today's market place.
That is what Blank Rome should be going for and negotiating for.
