SFOR is down because of dilution and lack of a well marketed stock/product. Plain and simple. No mysterious entity is trying to keep the stock price down so they can 'load up.' When the company is diluting they need to sell their shares, so they will lower the price to compete with retail sellers and encourage buyers to raise the money they need.
