Sean asks If BS had first-hand research-type experience with the material, wouldn't this have made him and "insider" and subject to whatever NDA's were/are in force? And if so, wouldn't the public revelation that the goo was fatally flawed, be the very definition of "things you don't do when you are under an NDA"? And if he wasn't under an NDA, wouldn't it be highly improbable that he had first-hand practical interaction with the goo?

good point, very true I'd say, you don't get to work with Perk without being under NDA requirements, right? so BS would be in clear violation discussing on a public forum then
