yeah...I find it extremely strange that not one time since the sec suspension has any member reportedly from srge, stepped up and made a single statement.

not one person has denied the sec charges, claimed an error leading to the sec suspension, or even claimed there was no wrong doing by the company...

It's had to believe that any company even when in the wrong wouldn't make some sort of statement about saying they were innocent, or make some excuse about misinterpreted legal guidelines, clerical error, oversight, or just a plain screw up, and then vow to fix the problem(s) and continue on with business...
