I see now that my response on crossovers was incomplete. The PFS stats aren't affected by crossovers, but crossovers could skew the OS stats.

I invested in another company where this question came up. I am going from memory, but as I recall, the crossover OS stats were calculated separately. If anyone else can make a definitive statement on that, please jump in.

Since PFS is the primary endpoint, and OS is a secondary endpoint, I think the odds of crossover OS stats being a factor are very slim. If crossovers from the control arm start succeeding on DCVax-L, then that should mean that the DCVax-L arm will have stats that are through the roof.
