Southridge Enterprises Inc. operates as another subsidiary under the name of Novamex Mineral SA.

Southridge Enterprises Inc., clamps an arrangement to secure a 100% interest in the Cinco Minas property casing approximately 10,750 hectares located northwest of the city of Guadalajara. Another region in the Gran Cabrera property covering approximately 4,300 hectares situated northwest of Cinco Minas.
