ACTUALLY, FULLY DILUTED Shares and EPS/Loss are the MOST FOLLOWED METRIC of any Company or INVESTOR and only that part from OPERATIONS MATTERS. Non-operating Income/Expense items are almost meaningless, except for INTEREST EXPENSE

NGHT has OPERATING LOSSES and INTEREST EXPENSE, as well as fully diluted shares of 109,000,000 million.
