you're absolutely correct

because the wind doesn't always blow
and the sun doesn't always shine

and wind and solar are not economically feasible even now

for example
our coop put in a windmill....at it operates at 110% on avg

it will take 85 years to pay it off NOT counting maintainance
and repairs.....or we can raise rates 300% and pay it off
in 1/3 the time

Obama is full of crap and so are the democrats
