I don't think the e-mails have provided anything more than re-utterance of released info, and general optimism and hopes for the future. But why risk it? The SEC determines the violation and the fines at thier own discretion. So maybe the e-mails aren't such a good idea. I have mixed feelings about it. On the one hand, I believe Huff really has an intention to show apprecistion to the long shareholders as best he can. On the other hand, I want Globetel to make the leap to a highly respected publicly traded company that earns increasing market cap based on its accomplishments and fundementals.

But I admit to greedily devouring all the emails forwarded by Mailman.
