Asked Hank last summer about that. Said no to DARPA. Later saw the reason, Rotor tip noise/turbulance at high speed. That applies to the 400 MPH plane they were working on. Not any other VTOL craft. The GNBA web site directs its business intrests now to Drones from what I read.
