I was not saying it was following baseball rules!. Olddog mentioned that there was some talk about using the baseball rules to decide on frand disputes and all I did was find the explanation of how bsseballs rules work.

I did not read Olddogs post completely because he ended his post with the baseball rules that the arbiter is not given any latitude.

I am not sure I like the split the baby option as that allows the arbiter and easy way out by meeting in the middle to provide for the appearance of being fair.

It brings another issue to light which is all the different deals out there that Loop has been talking about into question as well as I am quite sure there is likely no consistency with who pays what rate. An arbiter if he was given latitude to "split the baby" would then need to see all the different rates out there in order to make an informed decision on the splitting.

Hey I am not venturing into an area I likely don't belong.

By the way miller, now that you bought in, does that mean you will be around more often even on the good days?
