You are, or have been, an investing professional. Please be frank here Hank. Do you belive a company would pay 500,000 shares for an e-mail with a line at the end that, to the effect, read "If CTBG cannot secure financing, they could cease to be a going concern" ?
IMO the 3 e-mail were the pump.The fax was the last piece of the blitz. It had the going concern comment and was the dump. E-mails are more traceable than a fax. It was designed to creat doubt and start the selling. It worked.
