I guess we don't know that any Officer, Director or Affiliate of a public company must file a Form 4 and disclose their intent to sell. After that, then they are subjected to strict volume restriction limitations on the amount of shares they can sell on any given week over the course of 90 days.

Of course, if we do know this and conveniently forget to mention this then maybe there is an underlying reason to provide only half a story.
