LOL, You say alleged, I say I believe he did. I have not read the letter. I believe the letter was delivered to the SEC sometime in 1999.

LOL, LOL, A double laugh on this one. I believe you are exactly right, I have said that I believe the SEC has known the truth for a very long time. That is why not one charge has ever been made by the SEC against CDEX, MP, or Dr. WP. I am not sure about this free time thing, I believe that when any pr was written claiming an untruth, that Dr. Poteet made sure he noted the untruth.

LOL, I believe that if and when all evidence that has been submitted can be looked at, then not only will you find the letter(s) concerning false claims by Blair and CDEX, that you will also find the letter written to the newspaper.

LOL,LOL,LOL- Oh I believe that B&B were not honest about some things, that is why I agreed to file suit against them! I believe that without the suit, we may have never received our shares! I believe that Dr. Poteets letter(s) did exonerate him from any suspicion from the SEC. You forget diddy, you did not file against Loch Harris, only we plaintiffs and the SEC did. 99.9978% of we shareholders agreed with the SA, and I do not know personally one shareholder who does not believe the SEC has the truth in hand concerning all dealings of Loch Harris, MP, and Dr. Poteet.
Ask yourself diddy, if the SEC knew for a fact, that your buddy Blair, was the real inventor of the Tech, why did they not file against Dr. Poteet. Why did Blair just walk away from Loch when Boone and Baker pressed him on his education and other facts? Blair had to face some very straight forward questions from the SEC, and he knew he had lied about him being the inventor.

The SEC knows ALL, they have ALL facts, they have all depo's! They have all lab notes, press releases, objection letter(s), and filings from Loch Harris and now, CDEX!
CDEX is a public company, Dr. Poteet and others are filinf patent's, not Blair. The SEC approved CDEX to go public.
How much clearer can it be!
