According to him PTQ has to give their approval for a change in the agreed upon opening date of 2016 that is not going to happen now. This all goes back to the original agreements made between Inmet, PTQ, and the government in 2006 when Inmet got the rights to the copper assets from PTQ. Any change in that opening date has to be agreed upon by PTQ and the government. It would seem to be an insurance policy of sorts. I suspect FQ may be trying all in their power to get around it now. Large egos are at work on both sides per Nick.

I would like anyone else that knows to confirm that this is indeed the case.
