Fully diluted EPS is all that matters in valuing a company.

And non cash one time gains on GAAP balance sheets issues have nothing to do with valuing a company. They have operating losses and additional interest expense


Actually, net income is .05, and it trades at .04

The "Fully Dilluted" means nothing since the shares aren't "Fully Dilluted"
