monte just reading your post to TAKE50 you my man are 100% correct. i would also expect the the larger company would want to be able to PR the j/v first. and for the people that think that the name and ticker change. is no big deal. well surprize as you said some of the investors from the bigger company will join in. that will be a good little influx to the pps. also if you are up to speed on trading rules. you will see that all of the shorts here are forced to cover that day... all shares have to be accounted for. and reissud. because when the name and ticer change happens we also get a new trading number. so all shares must go back and be reissued in new name and number. and if you keep up with the short volume on this stock you will see that this will in fact drive the pps up. and now top this with some of the investor here already that are sitting on the fence. and not sure if they want to take a larger position or not. now they will see this is no joke and want in. lol this is all just imo. but will be fun to see. this all unfold...IF and i say IF this happens the way i want it to. the sheer volume of trads could and i say could cause a temp tradeing halt... lol wouldnt that be nice......... lol
