Look at longusa's most recent post. He basically lays out the reasons. The fall took place when it was a start up and needed reverse splits/ dilution to survive. This happens to almost every single pharmaceutical startup. I just am not as confident as everyone else is if it was the 1000 something pps or the 17,100 pps on April 22, 2002. I think it's a program deficiency in some of the brokers' and traders' platforms. So the fall is normal (maybe the length of the fall 11 years ago was impressive). Shorts were not allowed back then because it was OTC. This very early time is when investors know they are going to lose money simply to make certain new drugs get invented. They are typically rich or institututional investors. Its just another way of telling people this stock is inexpensive right now and many people fought hard and shelled out a lot of dough to get it where NWBO is today.
