Dan,

What is the name of the company that does all of the pumping and dumping? Is it Small Cap Resources. Since this is where I lost over $250K with CUAU and Lustros. The salesman that was there at the time was Kona Jones Barbera and Kieran Kuhn owned the firm. Kona then went and had me buy VOLT which was another catastrophe and I am trying to find out where Kona is so I can also report him to the SEC.


Currently in process of being sued by CUAU, Lustros Zirk Engelbrecht and his Atty. Kenneth Eade for what they say is extortion since I asked for my shares of Lustros to be released and they won't do it now until I sign an indemnification for my losses for 150K shares of Lustros (Restricted 144 shares) I was given due to my $250K loss with CUAU (Casablanca mining).
