I know the company here in NY who is doing IR for this company. text book pump and dump. They are known for it, i.e LSLD, CUAU, ORAC (ended up being a ponzi scheme $5.54 down to pennies)... Google ORAC to see the article on the FBI arresting the VP, Owner, and Tresurer. Just beware. I have a client here where I work who got in heavy at $.22 look at it now.
