I believe GTE should adopt a policy that ALL Prs should originate from the office of the COB, Chris Meyer. He is not a techie, but he does write very readable English prose, and his diplomatic training might cause him to think twice before predicting the future. The current prognosticator has slipped on the credibility scale and we need a new spokesman.
