(PRIMEZONE) -- Senticore, Inc. (OTCBB:SNIO), a growing diversified holding company, has signed a multi-year, multi-million dollar contract in partnership with The Justice Fund, a soon to be public company, and with AdZone Research, Inc. (OTCBB:ADZR), to market that company's Internet surveillance technology in Asia and South America over the next four years.
Senticore and The Justice Fund will distribute and market AdZone's NetGet(tm) (patent protected) system for various commercial applications as part of a non-exclusive contract calling for both companies to develop NetGet's Internet commercial applications internationally. The contract anticipates payments for sales made on a continuing basis, with graduated annualized target goals.
"We are very pleased to be working with AdZone Research and The Justice Fund to expand the marketing scope of this extraordinary technology," said Senticore CEO Jay Patel. "It also is very complimentary to our strategy of building the company's portfolio of activities through diversified holdings and partnerships."
Senticore is a Florida-based holding company with interests in residential and commercial real estate, land development, hospitality and professional sports.
AdZone Research is a pioneering provider of Internet surveillance technology, validated both by a recent contract direct from the U.S. government as well as for commercial applications as called for in this contract.
