MIAMI--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 1, 2006--EZ2companies.com, Inc. (OTCBB:EZTO - News) has announced today that it will hire Jeff Berkowitz as its new CEO effective February 15, 2006. Mr. Berkowitz has long experience in publicly traded companies, and will help the company execute a new business plan that calls for the completion of several spin off plans among the company's divisions.
Otto Bethlen, the founder and current CEO will help the company to implement an entire new technology platform that will focus on the upcoming ez2music.com and ez2poker.com sites.
