I have been at the Saleen Manufacturing Plant several times... Both in California and also the one that was in Troy,MI and Have been on several tours of the plants etc.

Now what they did at wixom to keep the unions happy (since it is a ford product) is the final assembly which was power train and some interior components. When the car left saleen or aka "SSV" it was a completed roller excluding the powertrain.

As I have stated before... Saleen is a real company and is moving forward. As long as people do there homework on what is really going on you will soon see that there is a very bright future for Steve and his company! This is very much a strong buy IMO which I have already done myself.
