If I remember correctly WMIH had to wait 2 yrs out of BK before they can use the benefits of the NOLs because of rule 382. If I'm wrong please correct me. They could have merged with same size same business but that would not benefit our NOLs.IMO Thats why I think MW and BOD waited. We are less than 4 months away I guess we will find out.
