The PR's coming from Hong Kong so imo big money behind ACDU but the wait is for the announcement of the new CEO and ofcourse the route of the canal where that is going to be built. Al eyes are on Bluefields land of ACDU....

If this is the case....all bets are off and we are in a HUGE upward movement.
