I am speaking from experience (scars on my hands). Wait for a W%r reversal and at least an upward crossover of the 50 DMA

Down another 12% today to around $24. Down 25% over last 4 days.

Forward PE of 15 gets you to $22; and that assumes a 40-50% improvement in EPS TY/LY.
